I’m a writer, photographer, and content creator based in Austin, Texas. Through my company, New Cover Media, I help brands, publications, and organizations tell stories that connect with real audiences—whether that’s through editorial writing, photography, or multimedia content.

My career started in journalism, and that foundation still shapes everything I create. I’ve spent more than a decade working in media as a writer, editor, designer, and newsroom leader. Along the way, I’ve worked with publications ranging from local newspapers to national outdoor brands, learning how strong storytelling and thoughtful visuals can turn information into something people actually care about.

Over the years I’ve written and edited thousands of articles, managed editorial teams, and helped grow digital publications through a mix of traditional journalism instincts and modern content strategy. My work in the outdoor industry includes roles with outlets like Wide Open Spaces, Lone Star Outdoor News, and Field & Stream, where I focused on producing engaging editorial content while helping shape the direction of growing media brands.

Today, through New Cover Media, I work independently with magazines, media companies, marketing agencies, and businesses that need compelling content.
